Return Policy

Return of tack must be done within 30 days of invoice date. Tack must be in new condition, unused, and with all original tags. Valid returns will be exchanged, credited or refunded for exact amount charged for the item plus sales tax, if applicable. If an item fails due to faulty workmanship or materials, we will be glad to replace it within 30 days of invoice date. Return shipping charges must be PREPAID by the customer.

Orders for items in stock are generally shipped via UPS Ground or USPS within 7 business days of receipt of order.

$75.01 ~ $100.00 $11.95
$100.01 ~ $150.00 $13.95
$150.01 ~ $200.00 $15.95
$200.01 ~ $300.00 $17.95
$300.01 ~ $400.00 $18.95
$400.01 & Over $20.95

Oversized packages may require additional shipping charges due to rates, excess weight and/or dimensions.

Damaged Goods Policy

Items damaged or broken in transit must be reported to the delivery carrier immediately. We will not credit or refund any damaged goods not inspected by the delivery carrier damaged in transit.
